My name is Mohammad Abbasi , I was born and grew up in Iran and lived there with my parents Mahgol Abbasi and Reza Abbasi until I was 15 and Currently I work at Worio, Mohammad's links on Worio , Previously I worked for International Open Source Network (IOSN) , I am currently a graduate student in the School Of Computer Science at IPM and am in love with the GNOME project and Fedora, My current research area is open source programs (Development) and security in linux . I'm a freelance FLOSS developer;. My aspirations and goals are to combine my technical skills with business and leadership experiences in order to become a well-rounded professional in the world of business and technology.

Why I work on open source?

I think the world is better off with free software. I don’t have anything against closed source or non-free software, I just think typical development processes for free software produce better products in the long run. They produce something that meets the needs of users better, with less fluff.
